Tenor Pavol Bršlík (Breslik) is a representative of the current very successful generation of Slovak opera singers. He is a permanent guest of the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the State Opera in Berlin, Covent Garden London, the State Opera in Munich, Paris Opera, Opernhaus Zürich and many other opera and concert houses. In 2005 he was acknowledged by the prestigious magazine Opernwelt as “Vocal talent of the year”. He is also familiar to the audiences at the famous Glyndebourne Festival, the Royal Opera in Brussels, Théâatre du Chatelet in Paris and the festival Aix-en-Provence. He has cooperated with the Berlin Philharmonic, London Symphony Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra under the baton of renowned conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Gustavo Dudamel, Colin Davis and Kurt Masur.
